iPhone 16 Pro Max Raffle

Raffle Rules

1. Raffle Description
   This raffle is organized by Hypernova Technologies, offering an iPhone 16 Pro Max as the prize. Each entry ticket costs $5, with no limit on the number of tickets a participant may purchase.
2. Eligibility
   The raffle is open to residents of Puerto Rico and other countries (if applicable). Participants must be 18 years or older. Employees of Hypernova Technologies and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
3. Raffle Duration
   The raffle began on November 1 and will end on December 31. Tickets must be purchased before this date to be valid.
4. Merchant Registration
   Hypernova Technologies is a registered business in Puerto Rico, with merchant registration number 1459257-0019.
5. Winner Selection
   The winner will be chosen randomly on January 4 using the Manage Raffles app. The selection process will be recorded on screen for evidence and shared on our social media platforms.
6. Prize Delivery
   The winner will be contacted immediately to arrange prize delivery. For Puerto Rico residents, the prize will be delivered in person. For participants in other locations, it will be mailed, with Hypernova Technologies covering shipping costs.
7. Additional Conditions
   By entering, participants agree to comply with these rules. Hypernova Technologies reserves the right to cancel or modify the raffle due to unforeseen circumstances.

Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms
   By entering this raffle, participants agree to these terms and conditions as well as Hypernova Technologies’ policies.
2. Participation and Tickets
   Each $5 ticket provides one entry to win the prize. There is no limit to the number of tickets that can be purchased.
3. Refunds
   All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable unless the raffle is canceled by Hypernova Technologies.
4. Use of Winner’s Information
   By participating, the winner consents to their name being used on Hypernova Technologies’ social media to announce the raffle result.
5. Modification of Terms
   Hypernova Technologies reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Participants will be notified of any major changes.
6. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
   This raffle is governed by the laws of Puerto Rico, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Juan.

   Hypernova Technologies collects personal information, such as name, email, and phone number, at the time of ticket purchase.
2. Use of Information
   The information collected will be used solely to manage the raffle, contact the winner, and improve our platform. Personal data will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties without consent, except when required by law.

6. Changes to the Privacy Policy
